Job Description
Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Physician / Internist for a full-time role in Rocky Hill Area, Connecticut.
Provide 100% outpatient adult Primary Care across two nearby practices with a four-day hybrid schedule.

Work Schedule
- Four ten-hour weekdays; hybrid arrangement advertised.
- Support Staff / Resources: Dedicated Medical Assistant and clinical support; Behavioral Health, high-risk nurse care management, Social Work, and specialty referrals
- EMR: Epic with Dragon and Ambient AI; electronic patient communication tools

What You Can Expect
- Manage preventive, acute, and chronic care for adults age 18 and older.
- Work at a primary office with supplemental clinical time at a second nearby practice.
A four-day, ten-hour hybrid schedule is advertised; clinical time spans a primary practice and a second nearby office.

Requirements
- MD or DO; Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or eligibility.
