The Spine and Pain Center is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions while partnering with patients to support long-term health, prevention, and wellness. This position offers the opportunity to practice medicine in a setting that values both clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to patients across a broad range of primary care needs Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic illnesses Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical decision-making Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies Educate patients regarding preventive care, medications, treatment plans, and chronic disease management Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Coordinate care with internal clinical staff and other healthcare professionals as needed Support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented, patient-centered clinic culture Qualifications

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine. An active state medical license and DEA registration are required to practice.
