As a Nurse Practitioner at The Spine & Pain Center, you'll deliver advanced care in collaboration with physicians and a supportive healthcare team — with a schedule designed to protect your wellbeing as much as your patients'. Locations: Home base in Tulsa, with regular travel to satellite clinics: Muskogee, OK, Bartlesville, OK Schedule: Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday7:30 AM – 12:00 PM No nights. No weekends. Half-day Fridays. What you'll do Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in EMR systems Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled Qualifications

Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Nursing, a current Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license, and active ANCC or AANPCB certification. Candidates must have 1-2 years of clinical experience and a valid DEA registration.
