Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients of all ages in an outpatient setting to achieve optimal functional outcomes. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans involving family and support systems.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of a Physical Therapy program and hold a valid license in Illinois. Additionally, a BLS certification is required within three months of hire, though previous work experience is not mandatory.
