Job Description

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday and some weekend rotations

How you’ll contribute

A Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role:

  • Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
  • Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
  • Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should have a current state Physical Therapist license. Additional requirements include:

  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred
  • ASLS certification preferred

Hourly Range: $45.90 - $67.56 per hour

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct patient care to restore mobility and function. They will also educate patients on home exercise programs and collaborate with the rehabilitation team on discharge planning.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a current state Physical Therapist license and obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS certifications are required within six months, and one year of experience is preferred.
