Conduct comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations and provide ongoing therapy for patients in a skilled nursing setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage dysphagia, implement treatment plans, and support patient discharge goals.
Requires an active New Hampshire state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. At least one year of experience in speech-language pathology is preferred, with exposure to acute care or skilled nursing settings recommended.
