Key Responsibilities
Perform speech-language pathology evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment for adults with communication and swallowing disorders in a corrections setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements
Requires an active North Carolina license in Speech-Language Pathology and a Master's degree from an accredited program. Candidates must hold ASHA-CCC certification and be able to pass background checks for a high-security corrections environment.
