The Nurse Practitioner will manage the primary care needs of nursing home residents, including conducting physical exams and medication reviews. They are also responsible for evaluating and treating acute medical issues while developing accurate treatment plans.
Candidates must hold an active and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio and possess board certification. Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is strongly preferred for this role.
