Key Responsibilities

The Registered Respiratory Therapist administers diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to facilitate patient breathing and evaluates the effectiveness of respiratory care. They are responsible for maintaining patient airways, performing emergency interventions, and documenting pertinent clinical data.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care and possess a valid RRT certification from the NBRC. Additionally, a minimum of one year of clinical experience and an Ohio license or limited permit are required.
