- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8 am to 5 pm | PRN-28|HR a week

- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury
- Experience with home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment
Required Certifications and Licensures
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent with license or certificate within the state providing services
- At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting across the designated coverage area. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care and support aging in place.
Requirements
Requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid state license. Candidates must have at least two years of independent clinical experience and the ability to travel to various business locations.
