Family Nurse Practitioner - Internal/Family Medicine - Bronxville - 8hr Days

Key Responsibilities

The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for the provision, coordination, and assurance of comprehensive nursing care, including the diagnosis of illness and performance of therapeutic and prescriptive measures for the designated patient population under a collaborative practice agreement. Key duties involve planning and organizing care, monitoring cost-effectiveness, utilizing evidence-based literature, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include current Professional Nurse and Nurse Practitioner registration in New York State, along with a Master's Degree in Nursing and required ANCC or specialty board certification. Preferred qualifications include at least five years of clinical nursing practice and previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
