Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy and be a licensed pharmacist in the State of Vermont. Two years of clinical pharmacist experience in a health system is preferred, along with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and ASHP-accredited residency.
