ACT Outpatient Therapist

Estelle's Professional Community Services is a community mental health agency serving the Hampton Roads area and providing ACT and other behavioral health support services for children and adults. Our work is centered on helping people access meaningful, consistent support through compassionate, community-based care.

As an ACT Outpatient Therapist, you will play an important role in supporting adults with behavioral health needs through therapeutic services that are practical, person-centered, and connected to everyday life. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact while working closely with a multidisciplinary team focused on continuity of care and positive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and community-based therapy to clients enrolled in the ACT program.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary care teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, nurses, and peer support staff.
• Hold an active Virginia LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license, or be eligible to practice therapy in Virginia.
• 3 years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness in community-based settings.
• Experience maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Experience collaborating across interdisciplinary care teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, nurses, and peer support staff.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must reside in the Hampton Roads area.
• Ability to work on-site.
• Annual salary: 70,000 to 80,000 USD/year
