Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.

• Registered Occupational Therapist licensed by the state of Illinois.

• Ability to train direct

• care staff in the principles, practices, and procedures associated with OT services for clients. Preferred Qualifications:
