- Board: BC
- Licenses: Active WI or IMLC
- Certification: BLS
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform outpatient consultations for new hematology/oncology referrals.
- Manage follow-up visits for established patients.
- Oversee chemotherapy and other infusion treatments.
- Collaborate with tertiary care providers for inpatient referrals.
- Maintain accurate medical records using Epic EMR.

Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified and hold an active Wisconsin or IMLC medical license. BLS certification is required to perform clinical duties in the outpatient setting.
