Description

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Medical Oncologist/Hematologist for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands near Listie. Join a growing cancer program in a recently renovated facility with access to modern treatments and a broad clinical-trials network.

Work with medical oncologists/hematologists, APPs, specialized oncology nurses, laboratory and pharmacy teams, and experienced support staff. The practice includes outpatient care, inpatient medical consults, chemotherapy, laboratory services, and supportive therapies within an integrated, physician-led network.

Clinic and hospital care is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a. m. to 4:30 p. m., with call shared among physician colleagues. Compensation includes a $500,000 base salary plus a wRVU bonus, a $25,000 signing bonus, and a partnership track with no buy-in.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.
  • Training appropriate to medical oncology and hematology practice.
  • Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong clinical skills and interest in high-quality patient care and clinical trials.
  • No visa sponsorship at this time.

Key Responsibilities

The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care and inpatient medical consults within an integrated oncology network. Responsibilities include managing chemotherapy treatments, participating in clinical trials, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of nurses and support staff.
