Psychiatrist

Key Responsibilities

The Psychiatrist will provide clinical supervising for advanced practice providers, focusing on psychiatric medication management for patients with co-occurring substance use disorder and mental health diagnoses, both in-person and via telehealth for at least four hours weekly. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teams to expand services, developing quick psychiatric intakes, and providing clinical education to trainees.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Physician Board Certified in Addiction Medicine and demonstrate significant experience in and commitment to providing harm reduction-based, trauma-informed, low-threshold care to underserved populations. Solid communication skills and a deep belief in health equity, diversity, and inclusion are essential for working within this multidisciplinary agency.
