What You’ll Do: As a Nurse Practitioner at CleanSlate, you’ll play a vital clinical role in treating patients with opioid and alcohol use disorders through medication-assisted treatment (MAT). You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated medical and behavioral health professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide medication-assisted treatment for patients with opioid and alcohol use disorders. They will also collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration in the state of employment. A graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program is required, with preference given to those with experience in addiction medicine.
