Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight and supervision to licensed clinicians in the substance use disorder program, reviewing documentation and supporting the development of individualized recovery and treatment plans. This role also involves collaborating with medical and operational teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Licensure & Certifications
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field and hold an independent clinical licensure (e.g., LADC I, LICSW, LMHC). A minimum of two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience and at least one year of clinical supervisory experience are required.
