Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will deliver preventive health screenings using advanced technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early. They will also create personalized, action-oriented health plans and collaborate with physicians and operators to ensure a seamless member experience.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and national board certification (ANCC or AANP). At least one year of post-graduate, recent outpatient clinical experience is required.
