Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical care with a focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of obesity and related conditions in a primary care setting. Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care and accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree (MSN) and certification as a family nurse practitioner (ANCC or AANPCB). Candidates must have at least 2 years of clinical experience in ambulatory, family, or internal medicine with an active, unrestricted Illinois license.
