Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The provider will perform physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and establish management plans for patients of all ages under physician supervision. They are also responsible for providing patient education, counseling on preventive care, and participating in clinic staff meetings and projects.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification and a current Indiana license. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting is required.
