Join Sprinter Health as a Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner – Temporary, $5K Bonus in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Sprinter Health is an on-demand mobile health service that sends medical professionals to patients’ homes to perform blood draws, diagnostic and low acuity services, and wellness visits. Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual wellness visits, health risk assessments, and medication reviews for patients in their homes. Collaborate with in-home clinical teams to coordinate care, manage referrals, and document patient health findings.
Requirements
Must be a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an active Georgia license. Requires strong communication skills, technological proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
