Job Description

University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health (UM UCH), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), has an opening available for a full-time BC/BE Internal Medicine/ Family Medicine Physician to join it’s outpatient Primary Care group.

Job Specifics

  • Group is comprised of seven primary care practices located throughout Harford County, Maryland.

  • Easily accessible consults with employed specialists to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care

Supportive environment to foster any special interests such as sports medicine or various procedures in a primary care office

Ideal work environment with a very manageable call rotation shared among 25 providers, fostering a healthy work/life balance!

Excellent hospital administration support as well as dedicated in office support staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient practice environment.

  • User friendly EMR with one-on-one initial training and ongoing IT support
  • On site care management and embedded behavioral health resources available

Convenient and Free Parking on Site

Brand new Ambulatory Office Building, which will act as a key primary care hub, is under development with completion anticipated in 2025.

Qualifications

License to practice medicine in the state of Maryland

Successful completion of residency/fellowship training in area of specialization
