Job Description

Do you feel like you’ve spent years building your clinical expertise while everything else around it has gotten harder? Administrative tasks that expand to fill whatever time you have left, a schedule that doesn’t bend when life requires it, the feeling that your experience isn’t valued in your everyday work?

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of their career.

Our goal is to hire and retain the best team, so we do things differently here: our clinicians have autonomy over their schedules and compensation models, we work in true multidisciplinary model, and we invest in our team’s growth through every stage of their careers.

We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!

What Your Day Looks Like

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation.

What We're Offering

Compensation Options

Salary ($90,000–$112,000) or pay-per-billed-hour $70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.

Schedule Flexibility and Time Off

Four- or five-day work weeks, and flex days, and flexible schedule! We've built options around the reality that experienced clinicians have full lives outside of work.

Growth Opportunities from the Start

  • We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that’s why we’ve built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:
  • $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
  • Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

Leadership Opportunities

We're committed to helping therapists build meaningful, long-term careers. Whether your goals include becoming a clinical expert or stepping into leadership, you'll have opportunities to grow. Every member of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as a therapist, demonstrating our commitment to promoting from within!

Up to $9,000 in bonus!

Student Loan Repayment

Partnering with SoFi, we provide you with $200/month right to the heart of your principal loan amount!

You'll have the flexibility to structure your week around your family, not the other way around. And have leadership and mentor opportunities to grow with Woven Care!
