The Behavioral Health Technician I assists professional staff in providing care for psychiatric patients within the inpatient unit. This role is responsible for facilitating the maintenance of a therapeutic environment for these patients.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED is required, though a Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate Program or some college-level social science is preferred. Candidates must have less than one year of relevant experience and must possess Basic Life Support certification upon hire, with a Certified Nurse Aide certification being preferred.
