Key Responsibilities
The technician facilitates therapeutic interventions, manages behavioral crises, and collaborates with treatment teams to develop and execute client treatment plans. They also perform administrative functions, coordinate discharge planning, and provide transportation for clients as needed.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline such as social work, psychology, or nursing. Additionally, at least one year of experience in behavioral health or social science is required, along with a valid driver's license and Basic Life Support certification.
