Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Associate monitors the physical and emotional well-being of patients in an opioid treatment program and assists with therapeutic activities. They also maintain patient records, facilitate group sessions, and collaborate with clinical staff to support patient recovery goals.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and be eligible to obtain CSAC-R or CSAC certification within 90 days. Completion of crisis intervention and CPR certifications is required, along with a valid driver's license for patient transportation duties.
