The BHT Trainer is responsible for facilitating onboarding, coordinating training schedules, and conducting competency evaluations for Behavioral Health Technicians. They also support workforce development initiatives and maintain accurate records of trainee progress and training materials.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred. One to two years of experience in a residential drug and alcohol treatment setting is also preferred.
