The Behavioral Health Technician will support clients in a residential treatment setting by monitoring behaviors, assisting with intake, and facilitating daily programming. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment and providing crisis intervention when necessary.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Previous experience in healthcare or residential treatment is preferred, along with the ability to obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
