The Behavioral Health Technician manages assigned clients, facilitates program activities, and conducts recordkeeping within the LADDER program. They also coordinate referrals, provide case management services, and ensure continuity of care through community engagement.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED with three years of experience, or an Associate’s degree with two years of experience in behavioral health. A valid Arizona driver’s license, fingerprint clearance card, and the ability to pass a TB test are required.
