Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate provides clinical services including crisis intervention, risk assessment, and person-centered recovery planning for individuals and families. They also coordinate care, manage a diverse caseload, and collaborate with treatment teams to ensure effective transition and follow-up services.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and be currently enrolled in a graduate program for a master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral science field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance are also required.
