Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate provides personal care and supervision to patients while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. They are responsible for documenting clinical information, facilitating educational groups, and assisting patients with activities of daily living.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience working with the relevant patient population. Certification in CPR and de-escalation is required, with training provided upon hire.
