Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician ensures client safety and emotional well-being through active supervision and the implementation of trauma-informed care. They also maintain a structured environment, assist with daily routines, and participate in therapeutic activities to support adolescent development.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. A valid Oregon driver's license and the ability to pass federal and state background checks are mandatory requirements.
