The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct care and supervision to clients in a residential treatment setting during overnight hours. Responsibilities include monitoring client safety, documenting observations, assisting with daily living needs, and performing crisis intervention when necessary.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are required or must be obtained upon hire.
