The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct support, supervision, and crisis intervention to clients in a residential treatment setting. They also facilitate recovery-focused groups, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure a safe environment.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and hold or obtain CPR and Medication Aide certifications. Candidates must have two years of relevant experience, coursework, or lived recovery experience.
