Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Technician manages the daily milieu of the facility to ensure client safety and a therapeutic environment. They are responsible for documenting client records, facilitating group activities, and providing direct support for functional needs and crisis intervention.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience working with substance abuse or mental health issues. A valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to complete required BHT and CPI training are also mandatory.
