Behavioral Health Technician- Per Diem

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician manages the daily facility milieu, ensures client safety, and provides therapeutic support through one-on-one interactions and group facilitation. They are responsible for documenting client progress, assisting with daily living activities, and responding therapeutically to crisis situations.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with substance abuse or mental health issues and one year of supervision experience. A high school diploma is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
