This position offers weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Promises Behavioral Health in Dacula, Georgia.
The Behavioral Health Technician Manager oversees daily client activities and supervises behavioral health staff across residential treatment facilities. They are responsible for performance management, quality assurance of documentation, and ensuring clinical and treatment goals are met.
Candidates must have at least four years of experience in a relevant healthcare field, a bachelor's degree, or a professional healthcare license. A minimum of two years in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
