The Lead Behavioral Health Technician assists the Facility Administrator in managing daily operations and facilitating communication between staff, clients, and families. They are responsible for ensuring a safe, supportive environment and maintaining accurate daily chart documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health. Prior supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of mental health disorders and crisis intervention.
