Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Associate II monitors patient behavior, provides continuous care, and assists with activities of daily living under the supervision of a licensed nurse. They are also responsible for facilitating educational groups, documenting patient data, and responding to medical emergencies or crisis situations.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience as a Behavioral Health Associate. Certification in CPR, de-escalation, and restraint techniques is required, with training provided by the facility upon hire.
