School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full or Part Time Available | Olympia, WA | 2026-2027 School Year | Multiple Positions
Ampersand Therapy is seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Olympia, Washington. Whether you’re an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Highlights

Responsibilities
- Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
- Conduct evaluations and write reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
Qualifications
- Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
