SEE Eyewear is looking for a team focused, high engagement, patient-centric Optometrists. The ideal candidate is passionate about optical fashion and is looking for a long-term opportunity where they can build relationships with the clientele and retail team. SEE offers competitive hourly rates and a friendly, family-owned environment. We are looking for Optometrists, based on our growing business needs.

Looking for an Optometrist 2-3 days per week. Saturday availability preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

Tasks Include But Are Not Limited To

Partnering with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase fill-rate

Networking and building relationships in the market

Delivering a quality eye exam to patients, focused on quality and experience

Making lenses recommendations to patients from the chair

Completing a quality hand-off of patients back to the retail team at the end of each exam

Utilizing down-time to network and interact with potential patients and the team on the sales floor

Key Responsibilities

The Optometrist will perform quality eye exams, provide lens recommendations, and partner with the Store Manager to drive business growth. They are also responsible for networking and ensuring a seamless hand-off of patients to the retail team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a team-focused, patient-centric Optometrist with strong interpersonal and communication skills. They must be available 2-3 days per week, with a preference for Saturday availability.
