Job Description

  • Optometrist – One Day Per Week | Forty Fort, PA

The IMA Group partners with licensed Optometrists to perform evaluation-only exams for individuals applying for disability and related benefits. We're seeking a provider in Forty Fort, PA to see scheduled patients one day per week in their own office.

What You'll Do

  • Perform focused eye exams, including visual acuity and visual fields
  • Document vision impairment for evaluation purposes (not diagnosis or treatment)
  • Complete clear, objective medical reports

  • Active OD, MD, or DO license
  • Your own office or established practice in or near Forty Fort, PA (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with report writing
