About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care in at an outpatient clinic in Baltimore, MD.

This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This is meaningful, mission-driven work with schedule consistency — without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice — this opportunity offers flexibility and professional support.

  • Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
  • Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
  • Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
  • Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
  • Active Maryland optometry license
  • Experience treating senior populations preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
  • Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Schedule

  • Part Time (consistent schedule 1-2 days per month)
  • Typical hours: 8:30am-4:30pm
  • No nights
  • No weekends
  • No billing or administrative responsibilities
