Key Responsibilities
Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement. Develop and implement assent-based behavior plans while supervising Behavior Technicians and providing parent training.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role requires the ability to perform weekly in-person supervision and travel to client settings.
