Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement. Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans while supervising behavior technicians.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). The role requires the ability to perform weekly in-person supervision and maintain high-quality clinical standards.
