Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement. Develop and implement assent-based behavior plans while providing supervision to behavior technicians and training to families.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). The role requires the ability to perform weekly in-person supervision and maintain high-quality clinical standards.
