Compensation

  • Starting Pay: starting at $49/hr and can increase based on experience
  • Sign on Bonus: $5,000
  • Hygiene Bonus Program: Additional earning potential monthly

Schedule: Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Tuesday: Off
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00pm
  • Saturday: Off
  • Sunday: Off
  • Enjoy No weekends every week!

Responsibilities

Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist

  • As a vital clinical partner, you will elevate patient health by providing preventive care, education, and a seamless clinical experience. Your responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
  • Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
  • Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
  • Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
  • Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
  • Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
  • Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection
  • Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Active Dental Hygienist license in WI--- New grads Welcome!!
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach
  • Experience preferred but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
