Compensation

• Starting Pay: $45-$50/hr based on experience
• Hygiene Bonus Program: Additional earning potential monthly
• Sign on Bonus: $5,000
• Schedule: Flexible to work 4 or 5 days if desired
• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: Off
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist
• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
• Take and review digital radiographs
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Partner with dentists and team members to provide outstanding patient experiences
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards

• Active WI license in good standing- New grads welcome!

Laser certified but not required
